We are driven early-stage start-up company located in Toronto and having our team working remotely from multiple cities in Canada. We are expanding our teams and will start the commercialization steps in early 2022.
Who we are looking for: 
We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented medical sales representative with an ambitious drive and an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to support offering the AI Platform to healthcare systems.  You are looking for a great opportunity to show your skills and learn what it takes to help a growing start-up succeed. You will use your knowledge to help with all aspects of our sales strategy, and sell our AI Platform, AIDREATM to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and practices. We look for someone who wants to make a positive impact on early detection of diseases such as cancer.
If you are the ideal candidate for this position, you will have a good understanding of sales and how to build relationships with businesses and practices. You must be able to determine the needs of the client you are working with and provide them with the proper suggestions. You may be required to give demonstrations of the AIDREATM to medical professionals, so having a good understanding of the medical field or previous medical experience is a major benefit. You should be able to take the necessary steps to develop an in-depth understanding of the latest clinical data, and abreast of the latest developments in medical legislation to determine the effect it may have on company sales. You also demonstrate excellent negotiation, customer service, and consultative sales skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
About us:
A.I. VALI ( is a Software as a service (SaaS) medical device company. We developed and validated multiple panels of algorithms to enable clinicians to analyze medical images precisely and in real-time. The first AI Platform is getting ready for commercialization steps in early 2022 and we expect to have next version of the platform ready for other applications in healthcare by mid-2022.
Job Responsibilities
Thoughtfully and strategically help refine and implement our sales and marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Some common tasks provided below.
Roles and responsibilities

  • Meet with targeted doctors and health care providers, and assess their needs and presenting AIDREA’s capabilities that best fulfill those needs

  • Give providers the AIDREA’s product information and perform product demonstrations

  • Develop relationships and network with doctors, surgeons, and hospital administrators

  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals.

  • Presenting AIDREA to potential and existing customers and convincing them to make purchases.

  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.

  • Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.

  • Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.

  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.

  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.

  • Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.

Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field.

  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.

  • At least 5-8 years outside sales experience with a proven successful track record

  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels

  • Proven medical sales experience, experience in medical imaging technologies is advantageous.

  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
